从“两张皮”到“一盘棋”的精彩蝶变

摘要: 推进基层治理转型关键在于基层党建与基层治理两者有效融合，有利于提高党组织的凝聚力和战斗力，促进法院基层治理工作的顺利进展。目前党内仍存在党建与治理割裂的情况，甚至将党建工作流于形式，不利于两者的互相作用和共同进步。近年来，Y县法院一直深耕党建引领下的基层治理，并取得了良好成效。为此，应辩证看待两者的关系，提出相关经验做法供其他法院和单位参考.

Abstract: The wonderful transformation from "two skins" to "one chess game": the key to promoting the transformation of grassroots governance through party building and grassroots governance lies in the effective integration of grassroots party building and grassroots governance, which is conducive to improving the cohesion and combat effectiveness of party organizations and promoting the smooth progress of grassroots governance work in courts. At present, there is still a situation of separation between party building and governance within the party, and even the party building work is reduced to a formality, which is not conducive to the mutual interaction and common progress of the two. In recent years, Y County Court has been deeply cultivating grassroots governance under the guidance of Party building and has achieved good results. Therefore, the relationship between the two should be viewed dialectically, and relevant experience and practices should be proposed for reference by other courts and units Pingyang sample with integrated theory
