新时代强化人民法院司法督察机制建设的实践探索

摘要: 摘要:加强人民法院内部监督,确保政令畅通,保证人民法院及其工作人员依法履行职责、公正司法和遵守纪律,规范司法行为、端正司法作风,规范法院内部工作流程和督察工作的一项重要制度,是法院工作中不可或缺的一部分。人民法院督察是指人民法院依法实施内部监督的组织行为,其部门是人民法院行使内部监督职能的专责机构,履行司法巡查、审务督察、问题调查、追责惩戒、日常监督等职责,依照法律法规条例对人民法院及其工作人员实施监督。人民法院督察工作必要性,目前履职情况,出现问题及原因,本文就解决问题提出构建三三司法督察模式,以实践探索确保决策落实、提升工作效率、推动廉洁建设等方面具有不可替代的作用。

Abstract: Abstract: Strengthening internal supervision of the people’s courts, ensuring smooth implementation of government orders, ensuring that the people’s courts and their staff perform their duties in accordance with the law, administer justice fairly, and abide by discipline, regulating judicial behavior, correcting judicial style, and standardizing internal work processes and supervision work are important systems that are indispensable in the work of the courts. Supervision by the people’s court refers to the organizational behavior of the people’s court to implement internal supervision in accordance with the law. Its department is a specialized institution for the people’s court to exercise internal supervision functions, fulfilling responsibilities such as judicial inspection, trial supervision, problem investigation, accountability and punishment, and daily supervision. It supervises the people’s court and its staff in accordance with laws, regulations and rules. The necessity of people’s court supervision work, current performance, problems and reasons, this article proposes the construction of a three three judicial supervision model to solve the problems. Through practical exploration, it plays an irreplaceable role in ensuring decision-making implementation, improving work efficiency, and promoting integrity construction. Combined path
