Study on Green Manufacturing Enabling Development of New Quality Productive Forces
摘要: 本文基于2012—2022年30个省份面板数据,运用熵值法实证检验绿色制造对新质生产力发展的影响。结果表明,绿色制造对新质生产力发展具有显著正向影响,绿色生产与新质生产力的发展水平呈现出“东部地区发展水平最高,中部其次,西部与东北地区相对落后”的区域异质性特征。基于此,本文提出倡导绿色制造为主线、因地制宜为抓手、绿色技术创新为重点,以提高新质生产力,实现制造业高质量发展。
Abstract: Based on the panel data of 30 provincial-level regions in China from 2012 to 2022, the entropy weight method is used to empirically test the impact of green manufacturing on the development of new quality productive forces. The results confirm that green manufacturing has a significant positive impact on the development of new quality productive forces, and the development level of green production and new quality productive forces shows regional heterogeneity: “the highest in the eastern regions, followed by the central regions, and relatively backward in the western and northeastern regions”. Based on this, it is proposed to advocate green manufacturing as the main task, start from adjusting measures according to local conditions, and focus on green technology innovation, in order to improve the new quality productive forces and realize high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
