构建新发展格局的现实逻辑、实践路径与深远影响研究

摘要: 当今世界正经历百年未有之大变局，中国特色社会主义的发展进入新时代，加快构建新发展格局，着力推动高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化强国的首要任务。我国构建新发展格局有其现实逻辑，具备供给、需求和制度基础，也是应对国内外矛盾及挑战的必然举措。构建新发展格局应当突出国内大循环的主体地位，并形成国内国际双循环的良性互动，这一发展格局为中国经济的发展指明了方向，也为世界经济的复苏贡献了力量。

Abstract: The world today is undergoing unprecedented changes unseen in a century, and the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. Accelerating the establishment of a new development pattern and focusing on promoting high-quality development are the primary tasks for building a modern socialist country comprehensively. China's move to construct a new development pattern is grounded in practical logic, supported by the foundations of supply, demand, and institutional frameworks. It is also a necessary response to domestic and international contradictions and challenges. This development pattern emphasizes the central role of the domestic economic cycle while fostering a virtuous interaction between domestic and international cycles. It not only sets a clear direction for China's economic development but also contributes to the recovery of the global economy.
