美国在发展关键时期畅通和壮大国内经济循环的主要做法及启示

摘要: 畅通和壮大国内经济循环是实现经济高质量发展的必然要求，是构建新发展格局的关键环节，也是大国崛起的普遍规律。本文从统一大市场建设、科技创新、基础设施及城市化建设、收入分配、对外开放、宏观政策以及市场竞争秩序七个方面，全面分析美国1870—1910年实现飞速发展的关键40年间畅通和壮大国内经济循环的主要举措，分析其内在的经济机理和现实成效，并从加强统一大市场建设、扩大国内市场需求、发挥国际经济循环对国内经济循环的促进作用等方面，提出了美国相关做法的启示和借鉴意义。

Abstract: Unimpeded and strengthened domestic economic cycle is an inevitable requirement to achieve highquality economic development, a key link to build a new development pattern, and a universal law for the rise of great powers. From seven aspects, including the construction of a unifi ed large market, scientifi c and technological innovation, infrastructure and urbanization, income distribution, opening up to the outside world, macro-policy and market competition order, this paper comprehensively analyzes the main measures taken by the United States to smooth and strengthen the domestic economic cycle during the crucial 40 years of its rise from 1870 to 1910, and analyzes its internal economic mechanism and practical eff ects. From strengthening the construction of a unifi ed large market, expanding domestic market demand, giving full play to the promoting role of international economic cycle to domestic economic cycle, the author puts forward the inspiration and reference signifi cance of the relevant practices of the United States.
