数字化转型赋能制造业企业价值创造研究

Research on Value Creation of Manufacturing Enterprises Empowered by Digital Transformation

摘要: 本文以传统制造业为研究对象,探讨了数字化转型赋能制造业企业的价值创造,旨在研究数字化转型对其价值创造的影响、路径及效果。本文采用波特价值链模型,系统分析了数字化技术在生产、物流、营销及服务等主要活动中的作用,指出数字化转型通过引入智能制造、物联网和大数据等技术,显著提升了生产效率和客户满意度。同时,辅助活动中的信息系统、人才管理和技术开发的数字化升级,也对企业的整体效能提升具有重要影响。研究指出,制造企业通过持续加大数字化技术研发投入,保障数据安全,并积极培养具备数字化技能的人才,以推动企业的可持续发展。研究结果显示,数字化转型不仅优化了生产流程,还创新了服务模式,拓展了业务边界。

Abstract: This paper focuses on traditional manufacturing industries and explores how digital transformation empowers value creation in manufacturing enterprises. The aim is to study the impact, pathways, and eff ects of digital transformation on value creation. Using Porter’s Value Chain model, the paper systematically analyzes the role of digital technologies in key activities such as production, logistics, marketing, and services. It points out that digital transformation, through the introduction of technologies such as intelligent manufacturing, the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data, has significantly enhanced production efficiency and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the digital upgrade of supporting activities such as information systems, talent management, and technology development also plays a crucial role in improving overall enterprise effi ciency. The research suggests that manufacturing enterprises should continuously increase investment in digital technology research and development, ensure data security, and actively cultivate talent with digital skills to drive sustainable development. The fi ndings demonstrate that digital transformation not only optimizes production processes but also innovates service models and expands business boundaries.
