产教融合视角下数智展陈职业人才高效培养体系研究

摘要: 【摘要】：随着数智展陈行业的迅速崛起，对高素质职业人才的需求日益增长。本文从产教融合的视角出发，深入研究数智展陈职业人才高效培养体系的构建与策略。提出了培养策略实施步骤与计划、资源整合与共享机制以及学生职业素养提升途径等措施，实现教育资源与产业需求的无缝对接，培养出符合数智展陈行业发展需求的高素质职业人才，推动数智展陈行业持续健康发展。

Abstract: With the rise of the digital and intelligent exhibition industry, the demand for highly qualified professionals is increasing. This paper deeply explores the construction and strategies of an efficient training system for digital and intelligent exhibition professionals from the perspective of industry-education integration. It proposes steps and plans for implementing training strategies, mechanisms for resource integrating and sharing, and ways to enhance students’ professional qualities. These measures aim to achieve a seamless connection between education and needs of industries, cultivating high-quality professionals that meet the requirements of the digital and intelligent exhibition industry, thereby promoting its sustainable and healthy development.
