“要素一结构一功能”框架下习近平总书记关于党的建设的重要思想概念体系的系统构建

摘要: 概念是理论体系建构的基石。习近平总书记关于党的建设的重要思想作为一个系统科学的理论体系，正是由一系列概念范畴和基本命题论断，以合乎逻辑的方式构建起来。成系统的概念之间相互关联、相互配合，形成了具有相对稳定结构的概念体系，其由基础概念亚体系、核心概念亚体系、延伸概念亚体系等三个子系统构成。概念体系包含党的建设的“根本原则”“主题主线”“内在动力”“科学布局”“价值追求”等概念板块，呈现出“五位一体”的结构样态。五大概念板块相辅相成、互相保障，共同保证概念体系在规范习近平总书记关于党的建设的重要思想研究、反映新时代党的建设规律与创新理路、推动构建中共党史党建学自主知识体系、提升中国特色政党治理话语影响力等方面功能作用的有效发挥。

Abstract: Concepts are the cornerstone of constructing a theoretical system. As a systematic and scientific theoretical system，General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thought on Party building is precisely constructed by a series of concepts and propositions in a logical manner.Concepts within a systematic framework are interrelated and coordinated, forming the conceptual system with a relatively stable structure.The conceptual system consists of three subsystems: the basic concept subsystem, the core concept subsystem, and the extended concept subsystem.The conceptual system encompasses conceptual segments such as the "fundamental principles" "main theme and thread" "internal driving force" "scientific layout" and "value pursuit" of Party building, which exhibits a structural pattern of "Five-in-one".The five major conceptual sectors complement each other and provide mutual assurance, jointly ensuring the effective functioning of the conceptual system in standardizing research on General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thought on Party building, reflecting the laws and innovative approaches of Party building in the new era, promoting the construction of an independent knowledge system for the discipline of Chinese Communist Party history and Party building, and enhancing the influence of discourse on party governance with Chinese characteristics.
