从“伟大工程”到“解决大党独有难题”：出场理据和实践进路

摘要: 自成立起，中国共产党始终高度重视自身建设。在风云变幻的抗战相持阶段，我们党坚持马克思主义建党原则，结合革命和建设的具体实际，创造性提出党的建设“伟大工程”，即“建设一个全国范围的、广大群众性的、思想上政治上组织上完全巩固的布尔什维克化的中国共产党”。在新时期领导改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的接续奋斗中，面对世界多极化和经济全球化的曲折发展所提出的严峻考验以及市场条件下党的建设的新形势新任务，按照“三个代表”的要求，党的十四届四中全会提出“把党的建设提到新的伟大的工程的高度”，着力加强执政能力建设和先进性建设。进入新时代，结合世情、国情、党情，我们党提出“解决大党独有难题”的时代命题，以政治建设为统领，进一步推进新时代党的建设新的伟大工程。我们党在革命锻造中变得更加坚强有力，积累了不少的经验。

Abstract: Since its establishment, the Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to its own construction. In the changeable stage of the stalemate of the Anti-Japanese War, our Party adhered to the Marxist principle of Party building, combined with the concrete reality of revolution and construction, and creatively put forward the "great project" of Party building, that is, "to build a nationwide, broad mass, ideologically, politically and organizationally consolidated Bolshevized Communist Party of China". In the course of leading the continuous struggle of reform, opening up and socialist modernization in the new period, facing the severe test of the tortuous development of world multi-polarization and economic globalization and the new situation and new tasks of Party building under the market conditions, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the idea of "raising Party building to the height of a new great project" in accordance with the requirements of the "Three Represents". Efforts should be made to strengthen the construction of governing ability and advanced nature. Entering a new era, combined with the situation of the world, the country and the Party, our Party has put forward the era proposition of "solving the unique problems of the big party", taking political construction as the command, and further promoting the new great project of Party building in the new era. Our Party has become stronger and stronger in the revolutionary forging, and has accumulated a lot of experience.
