加速社会中青年群体的松弛感建构

摘要: 青年文化现象是社会科学界高度关注的重要议题。从“快节奏”到“松弛感”，青年群体生活方式的新形态为研究社会结构与社会心态的变化提供了独特视角。研究发现：松弛感作为松弛基础上的外延，是可被营造与建构的，其具有感知和行为的双重表征，感知上表现为“知行合一”与“自由抉择”，行为上表现为重新衡量生活重心的“减法”策略与借用外物展示的“加法”策略。松弛感的建构逻辑在于加速社会的持续异化催生了青年群体对松弛的向往，大众文化与社交媒体的双重刺激下青年群体处在松弛感的集体狂欢之中，其依靠心理的自我探索与外物的符号象征完成主客体的确证，尝试通过这种方式回归日常生活。

Abstract: Youth culture has long been a focal point of interest in the social sciences. From “fast-paced lifestyles” to the pursuit of “sense of relaxation,” the evolving lifestyles of young people offer a unique lens through which to examine changes in social structure and collective mentality. This study finds that the “sense of relaxation,” as an extension of relaxation, is both constructible and cultivated. It manifests through dual dimensions of perception and behavior: perceptually, it is characterized by a unity of thought and action and by autonomous choice; behaviorally, it is expressed through a “subtractive” strategy of reevaluating life priorities, alongside an “additive” strategy of using external symbols to signify identity. The logic underlying the construction of this “sense of ease” lies in the continual alienation fostered by an accelerated society, which prompts young people to yearn for a relaxed state. Under the dual influence of mass culture and social media, youth are immersed in a collective revelry of ease. Through internal psychological exploration and symbolic appropriation of external objects, they seek to affirm both self and world, and in doing so, attempt to return to the ordinariness of everyday life.
