摘要: 当前，档案工作正在经历数智转型，档案信息化建设作为数智转型的重要阶段，是高质量发展的重要抓手。通过调研国家档案馆和各省级综合档案馆网站、研究相关文献，对标《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》任务，从档案业务流程优化、信息技术赋能空间转变、发展环境构建三个维度考察我国档案信息化建设的水平，在总结与对比“十四五”期间以上三方面的发展成果后得出重要结论，即我国档案信息化建设已逐步成熟，积累了数智转型的基本条件。研究可供“十五五”档案事业规划制定参考。

Abstract: Abstract:Currently, archival work is undergoing digital intelligence transformation. As an important stage of digital intelligence transformation, archives informationization construction is an important starting point for high-quality development, and has received great attention. By researching the websites of the National Archives and provincial archives as well as reading relevant literature, this paper benchmarks the tasks of the "14th Five-Year Plan" of National Archival Undertaking Development and examines the level of China’s archives informatization construction in three dimensions: the optimization of archives business processes, the transformation of information technology-enabled space, and the construction of the development environment, After summarizing and comparing the results of the above three aspects during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, it is concluded that the construction of Archives Informatization has gradually matured,and has the basic conditions for the digital intelligence transformation. The study is intended to provide reference for the formulation of the "15th Five-Year Plan".
