探寻契约文书里的历史密码

摘要: 本文以沧州博物馆“契纸乡情——馆藏契约文书展”为研究对象，探讨民俗文物在博物馆语境下的多维阐释路径。展览依托近千份契约文书，通过通过契约文本分层解读、多感官场景还原、传统文化现代表达等创新手段，突破传统展陈局限：以红契白契对比、计量工具复原解析契约制度逻辑，借方言朗读、情景模拟还原民间立契场景，将婚书文化转化为现代文创产品，构建“可听、可触、可参与”的文化体验空间。研究表明，这种立体化阐释不仅揭示了契约文书作为农耕社会经济记录、宗族伦理载体、民间信用象征的多元价值，更探索出民俗文物从历史文本到活态文化的转化模式：方言活化激活历史记忆，情景再现弥合时空距离，文创开发推动传统价值现代表达。该实践为同类民俗文物展览提供了“学术与通俗兼容”的操作范式，印证了博物馆在挖掘文物当代价值、促进传统文化创造性转化中的重要作用，为非遗活态保护与地方文化认同建构提供了新思路。

Abstract: In this paper, Cangzhou Museum’s "Contract Paper Hometown Feelings — — Collection of Contract Documents Book Exhibition" is taken as the research object to explore the multi-dimensional interpretation path of folk cultural relics in the museum context. Relying on nearly a thousand contract documents, the exhibition breaks through the limitations of traditional exhibition through innovative means such as hierarchical interpretation of contract texts, multi-sensory scene restoration and modern expression of traditional culture: comparing red and white contracts, restoring and analyzing the logic of contract system with measurement tools, restoring folk contract scenes through dialect reading and scene simulation, and transforming marriage culture into modern creative products. Construct the cultural experience space of "audible, touchable and participatory". The study shows that this three-dimensional interpretation not only reveals the multiple values of contract documents as economic records of farming society, carriers of clan ethics and symbols of folk credit, but also explores the transformation mode of folk cultural relics from historical texts to living culture: dialect activation activates historical memory, scene reproduction bridges space-time distance, and literary development promotes modern expression of traditional values. This practice provides an operational paradigm of "academic and popular compatibility" for the exhibition of similar folk cultural relics, confirms the important role of museums in excavating the contemporary value of cultural relics and promoting the creative transformation of traditional culture, and provides a new way of thinking for the protection of non-relics and the construction of local cultural identity.
