论现代化动力的基本特征

摘要: 中国式现代化既包括现代化一般规律亦即各国现代化的共性内容，也包括基于自己国情的特色内容。就现代化一般规律而言，现代化动力是必须予以关注的一项重要内容。现代化动力具有一些显著的基本特征：从生产要素组合的维度看，它有着高度的聚合效应特征；从社会成员经济行为方式的维度看，它有着强烈而普遍的竞争性特征；从演化能量蓄积和释放的维度看，它有着巨大的乘数效应特征；从发展前景预期的维度看，它有着愈益增加的不确定性特征。正确运用现代化动力的关键在于，确保以人为本的正确方向，重视以经济现代化为基石的各个领域各个方面现代化的相互促进协调发展。这对于更好推进中国式现代化具有重要启示意义。

Abstract: Chinese modernization includes not only the general rules of modernization, which
are the common content of modernization in all countries, but also the characteristic
content, which is based on its own national conditions. In terms of the general rules of
modernization, the modernization motivation is an important aspect that must be given
attention. From the perspective of the combination of production factors, the
modernization motivation has a highly aggregated effect. From the perspective of the
economic behavior patterns of social members, the modernization motivation is marked by
strong and universal competitive characteristics. From the perspective of energy
accumulation and release in evolution, modernization motivation has the characteristic of a
huge multiplier effect. From the perspective of expected development prospects, the
modernization motivation is characterized by increasing uncertainty. The key to correctly
utilizing the modernization motivation lies in ensuring the correct direction of putting
human beings first, as well as emphasizing the mutual promotion and coordinated
development of modernization in various fields and aspects which are based on economic
modernization. This has a great significance for promoting Chinese modernization.
