数字化转型对企业绿色创新的...国制造业上市公司的经验证据

摘要: 基于绿色技术创新视角，利用文本分析方法刻画企业数字化转型程度，以2015—2019 年沪深A股制造业上市公司为样本，实证检验数字化转型对绿色创新的影响。研究发现:数字化 转型能够显著提升企业绿色创新水平，且该结论在经过一系列稳健性检验后依然成立;数字化转型 通过缓解融资约束、弱化代理冲突、提升成长能力，进而促进了企业绿色创新;在非高新技术企业、 重污染行业企业中，数字化转型对绿色创新的促进作用更显著;数字化转型对绿色发明专利和绿色 实用新型专利均存在显著的正向影响。

Abstract: Based on the perspective of green technology innovation，this paper uses text analysis meth od to describe the degree of enterprise digital transformation，and takes A－ share manufacturing listed com panies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2015 to 2019 as samples to empirically examines the impact of digital transformation on green innovation． The research shows that digital transformation effectively improves corporate green innovation and this conclusion still holds after a series of robustness tests． Digital transformation promotes enterprise green innovation by alleviating financial constraint，mitigating agency conflict，and increasing corporate growth capability． In non－high－tech companies and heavily－ polluted industries， digital transformation plays a more significant role in promoting corporate green innovation． Digital transformation has a significant positive impact on green invention patents and utility model patents．
