Abstract: This paper delves into the profound impact of talent mobility on Chinese enterprise strategies and explores how to integrate talent mobility into corporate strategic planning. Firstly, the article analyzes the influence of talent mobility on enterprise innovation, flexibility, and adaptability, revealing its role as a key engine for driving corporate innovation. Secondly, the article discusses the necessity of talent internationalization and diversification for corporate strategic planning in the context of globalization competition, emphasizing the core strategic value of talent on the international stage. Furthermore, the paper proposes the necessity of incorporating talent mobility into corporate strategic planning, clarifying key factors such as establishing a comprehensive talent mobility system, strengthening corporate culture construction, and balancing internal and external talent cultivation and mobility. Finally, the article calls for managers to pay more attention to the impact of talent mobility, viewing it as an indispensable component of corporate strategy, and provides practical suggestions. These insights offer substantial guidance for Chinese enterprises in their future strategic planning to better respond to market changes and the competitive environment, achieving sustainable development.
