摘要: 习近平文化思想是习近平总书记的原创性理论贡献，是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的文化篇章。作为党和国家在新时代的重要理论创新，习近平文化思想的出场有其内在根据：在势上，习近平文化思想是历史发展的使然，是历史之势的必然；在理上，习近平文化思想是对“两个结合”的创造性转化和创新性发展；在事上，习近平文化思想缘于对天下之事的准确把握。这种基于“势”“理”“事”融会贯通的
习近平文化思想，必然开辟文化领域的新天地，必然丰富发展马克思主义文化理论，也必然增强中国人的文化底气，必将对建设社会主义文化强国注入生机与活力。

Abstract: Xi Jinping’s cultural thought is the original theoretical contribution of General Secretary Xi Jinping, and is the cultural chapter of Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new era. As an important theoretical innovation of the Party and the State in the new era, the appearance of Xi Jinping’s cultural thought has its own intrinsic basis: in terms of Momentum, Xi Jinping’s cultural thought is the result of historical development and the inevitability of the historical situation; Theoretically, Xi Jinping’s cultural thought is the creative transformation and innovative development of the “two Combinations”; and in events, Xi Jinping’s cultural thought stems from an accurate grasp of the world’s affairs.Xi Jinping’s cultural thought, which is based on the integration of “Momentum”“Rationale”“Events”, is bound to set up a new world in the field of culture, enrich and develop Marxist cultural theory, enhance the cultural confidence of the Chinese people, and inject vitality and vigor into the construction of China’s socialist cultural power.
