基于ISM的用户档案信息获取内容影响因素研究

摘要: 运用文献分析法和专家咨询法提炼出用户档案信息获取内容的影响因素，将用户档案信息获取内容视作一个复杂系 统，借助解释结构模型方法构建用户档案信息获取内容影响因素的多级递阶有向图模型，分析用户档案信息获取内容影响因素之 间的作用关系。对用户档案信息获取内容影响因素的层级关系的揭示，可以从整体上把握各因素对用户档案信息获取内容的影响 机理和各因素之间的相互作用机制，社会环境因素及用户的年龄和阅历是深层因素也是根本因素，用户的个体因素和档案馆建筑 环境配置作为中层因素对用户档案信息获取内容产生较为直接的影响，表层因素直接影响用户档案信息获取内容。

Abstract: This paper uses literature analysis method and expert consultation method to extract the influencing factors of users archival information acquisition content. Regarding the content of users archival information acquisition as a complex system, this paper constructs a multi-level hierarchical directed graph model of influencing factors of users archival information acquisition content with the help of the interpretation structure model method and analyzes the relationship between the influence factors of users archival information acquisition content. Revealing the hierarchical and hierarchical relationship of the factors that influence the content of users archival information can be used to grasp the influence mechanism of each factor on the content of users archival information and the interaction mechanism between the factors. Social environmental factors and the age and experience of archival users are deep and fundamental factors. The archival user's individual factors and the configuration of the archives' architectural environment as middle-level factors have a relatively direct impact on the user's archive information acquisition content. Surface factors directly affect user archival information acquisition content.
