新中国成立以来档案资源服务理念的转型及规律揭示

摘要: 根据宏观战略对其服务对象、方向、方式的不同要求，文章将新中国成立以来的档案资源服务发展进程划 分为探索时期、过渡时期、初步发展时期、强化发展时期、创新发展时期。综合分析各个时期档案资源服务的特征，揭示 出服务方向由“内”而“外”拓展、服务对象由“点”及“面”辐射、服务方式由“被动式”向“主动式”转变的档案资源服 务理念转型规律。在此基础上，探索未来档案资源服务发展方向，以提升档案资源服务水平。

Abstract: According to the different requirements of macroscopic strategy on its service objects, directions and methods, the development of service of archives resources since the founding of the People’s Republic of China can be divided into exploration period, transition period, initial development period, stable development period, and innovative development period. By comprehensively analyzing the characteristics of archives resources service in each period, it is revealed that the archives resource service direction is diffused from “inside” to “outside”, the service object is radiated from “links” to “network”, and the service mode is changed from “passive” to “active”. And this is its transformation rule. On this basis, this paper explores the future direction of archives resource service development in order to improve the level of archives resource service.
