基于数字叙事理论的档案服务创新研究

摘要: 数字叙事理论为档案服务提供人文和媒介视角的探索维度，为档案馆 资源开发利用提供多维途径。档案馆可引入数字叙事理论创新档案服务观念，参 循数字叙事逻辑呈现档案资源，应用数字叙事工具优化档案利用服务，进而提升用 户档案利用满意度，推动大众知识创新、公众人文素养培育等数字人文价值目标的 实现。

Abstract: The digital narrative theory will provide the exploration dimension of humanistic and media perspectives for archive services, and offer multi-dimensional approaches for the development and utilization of archive resources. The archives can introduce the digital narrative theory to innovate the concept of archive service, present archive resources according to the digital narrative logic, and use digital narrative tools to optimize the service of archive utilization, so as to improve the satisfaction of users in the use of archives, and promote the realization of digital humanistic value goals such as public knowledge innovation and public humanistic quality cultivation.
