面向个人网络信息存档的区块链应用研究

摘要: 面向个人网络信息存档的区块链应用研究，有利于在深化认知的基础之上推进个人乃 至社会网络空间档案库的形成。文章从归纳面向个人网络信息存档的区块链应用根据出发，明确 四个方面的指引，并进一步提出存在区块链作为工具或基础设施两种应用思路；区块链面向信息 管理再革新、个人网络信息立足利用可信共享、个人网络档案空间形成并联通、与外部现实环境相 适应有序发展共同构建基于区块链的个人网络信息存档世界。

Abstract: Research on the application of blockchain for personal web information archiving can deepen the cognition and then promote the formation of personal and even social archives of cyberspace. Based on the application foundation of blockchain for personal web information archiving that summarized in four aspects, the paper further proposes the two different thoughts of application, namely using blockchain as a tool or as a kind of infrastructure, and are followed to build a world of archiving. The personal web archiving based on blockchain is showed concretely as follows: the innovations in blockchain are made for information management; personal information online is trustworthy and shared for utilizing; the personal cyberspace archives are formed and connected; the archiving is developed in an orderly way in accordance with the external real environment.
