《黑图档》所见清代盛京笔帖式研究三题

摘要: 笔帖式是清代地方政府正式的文书档案职官，本文通过对《黑图档》记载的有关笔帖 式的内容进行详细梳理，进而对笔帖式的铨选与任用、考核与升迁、告假与离任等方面进行初步考 察，全面展现笔帖式这一档案职官的管理形式。

Abstract: Bi-Tie-Shi is the official clerical worker and archivist of the Qing Dynasty local governments. We studied and sorted the content of Bi-Tie-Shi recorded from Hetu Dangse in detail, inspected its selection and appointment, assessment and promotion, leave and resignation, which is beneficial for us to have a comprehensive understanding of the little-known but indispensable local officials.
