中国式现代化背景下馆藏档案开放审核协同机制的构建策略研究

摘要: 馆藏档案开放审核协同机制的建立对于提升档案工作的专业性、规范性、安全性以及服务水平具有重要作用，是实现档案资源有效管理和利用的关键措施。本文探讨了馆藏档案开放审核协同机制的重要性及其实施策略。针对当前档案管理面临的实际问题和挑战，提出制度创新、技术升级、人力资源开发等对策，旨在提高档案审核的协同效能。展望未来，协同机制将在档案管理现代化进程中发挥更大的潜力与作用，推动档案管理领域的持续创新与发展。

Abstract: The establishment of a collaborative mechanism for open review of archives collections plays an important role in improving the professionalism, standardization, security and service levels of archives work.  It is a key measure to achieve effective management and utilization of archives resources.  This article discusses the importance of the collaborative mechanism for open review of collections and archives and its implementation strategies.  In view of the practical problems and challenges faced by current archives management, countermeasures such as institutional innovation, technological upgrading, and human resource development are proposed, aiming to improve the collaborative efficiency of archives review.  Looking to the future, the collaborative mechanism will play a greater potential and role in the modernization process of archives management and promote continued innovation and development in the field of archives management.
