中国最早的京剧录音“巴黎蜡筒”考

摘要: 最早在中国本土录制的京剧录音，现在保存在法国国家图书馆，由人文社会科学研究所（CNRS）负责管理。这批蜡筒是1900年巴黎世博会期间，清政府官员应巴黎人类学学会的要求捐赠的，录音时间必在1900年或者之前。根据这批蜡筒节目的录音特征和演唱特征分析，其中的京剧为上海清音班（堂名）演唱，保留了早期南派京剧演化过程中的诸多特点，是研究南派京剧声腔音乐演变不可多得的文献。

Abstract: The earliest recordings of Peking opera recorded in China are now kept in the Bibliothèque nationale de France and managed by the National Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences (CNRS). These wax cylinders were donated by Qing government officials at the request of the Paris Anthropological Society during the 1900 Paris World Expo, and the recordings must have been made in 1900 or earlier. Based on the recording and singing characteristics of these wax cylinder programs, it can be inferred that the Peking operas were performed by the Shanghai Qingyin Class (Tang Ming), which retained many characteristics of the early evolution of the southern Peking opera. It is a rare document for studying the evolution of southern-style Peking Opera music.
