人工智能对区域经济高质量发展的影响研究

摘要: 数字经济时代，以人工智能为代表的通信技术不断更新迭代，成为推动社会与经济高质量发展的重要引擎，同时也给区域经济的协调发展带来新的挑战。本文从人工智能的背景及文献综述入手，分析我国人工智能发展趋势与特征，从机遇和挑战两方面探讨人工智能对区域经济发展的影响，针对发展面临的就业岗位被替代风险，硬件供应不足，人才建设与产业需求之间不平衡以及管理机制与跨境融合趋势不协调等问题，从顶层设计、试点示范、人才培养、基础环境，提出加快人工智能建设，推动区域经济体系高质量发展的建议。本文研究旨在抓住人工智能这一科技革命带来的新机遇，将其转化为推动经济高质量发展、引领产业变革的新引擎。

Abstract: In the era of digital economy, communication technologies represented by artificial intelligence (AI) continuously evolve as important drivers for high-quality social and economic development. Nevertheless, they also introduce new challenges to the coordinated development of regional economy. This paper starts with the background and literature review of AI to analyze the development trends and characteristics of AI in China, and then explores the impact of AI on regional economic development from both opportunities and challenges, ending with suggestions to accelerate the development of AI and promote high-quality development of the regional economic system from the top-level design, pilot demonstration, talent cultivation, and basic environment, in response to the risks of job substitution, insufficient hardware supply, imbalance between talent development and industrial demand, and the lack of coordination between management mechanisms and cross-border integration trends. This study aims to seize the new opportunities brought by the technological revolution of artifi cial intelligence and transform them into a new engine driving high-quality economic development.
