投资者关注、数字化转型对全要素生产率的影响研究

摘要: 本文以2011-2021年间的A股上市公司为研究对象，基于投资者对上市公司的网络搜索量数据，深入分析了投资者关注度对企业全要素生产率的潜在影响及其作用机制。结果表明，投资者关注有助于提高企业全要素生产率；进一步的分析表明，投资者关注通过推动企业数字化转型进一步提高全要素生产率，并且投资者关注与企业全要素生产率之间的正向关系在东部和西部地区以及国有企业间更显著。本文的研究结论不仅丰富了企业全要素生产率驱动因素的研究，还提出了加强数字化转型与投资者关注度之间关系管理的建议，为实现企业可持续发展和经济增长提供了理论和实践支持。

Abstract:  Based on the data of investors’ online searches on listed companies, this paper takes A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2021 as the research object, and deeply analyzes the potential impact of investor attention on the total factor productivity of enterprises and its mechanism. The results show that investor attention can help improve the total factor productivity of enterprises. Further analysis shows that investors focus on further improving TFP by promoting the digital transformation of enterprises, and the positive relationship between investor attention and enterprise TFP is more significant in the eastern and western regions and among state-owned enterprises. The conclusions of this paper not only enrich the research on the driving factors of enterprise total factor productivity, but also put forward suggestions for strengthening the relationship management between digital transformation and investor attention, and provide theoretical and practical support for the realization of enterprise sustainable development and economic growth.
