产业结构升级对淮海经济区经济高质量发展的影响研究

摘要: 随着淮海经济区在国家层面正式确立，淮海经济区经济高质量发展是其核心城市规划的主要方向。产业结构的优化升级能够通过产业集聚技术创新升级等路径促进其经济发展，文章使用2017—2019年淮海经济区核心10市相关数据，通过固定效应模型回归分析产业结构升级对淮海经济区经济高质量发展的相关关系，发现两者存在负相关性。本文认为与淮海经济区当前产业发展水平较低、各市发展不平衡等相关，淮海经济区仍需要加速推动产业结构优化升级，发挥其经济带动作用。

Abstract: With the Huaihai Economic Zone being officially established at the national level, the high-quality economic development of the Huaihai Economic Zone is the main direction of its core urban planning. The optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure can promote economic development through paths such as industrial agglomeration and technological innovation and upgrading. This paper uses the relevant data of the 10 core cities in the Huaihai Economic Zone from 2017 to 2019 to analyze the correlation between industrial structure upgrading and highquality economic development of the Huaihai Economic Zone through fixed effect model regression, and the analysis reveals that there is a negative correlation between the two. This paper suggests that considering the current low level of industrial development in the Huaihai Economic Zone and the unbalanced development among various cities, the Huaihai Economic Zone still needs to accelerate the optimization and upgrading of its industrial structure and play its role as an economic driver.
