国内外优化营商环境的经验及启示

摘要: 营商环境的优化不仅是世界各大经济体竞争的发展基石，还是快速适应全球经济一体化发展的现实需要。因此，党的十九大明确提出，要持续深化“放管服”改革，进一步优化营商环境，为吸引投资、促进创新和推动本地经济快速发展做好服务。文章通过梳理国内外营商环境优化的经验，为陕西省进一步优化营商环境提供借鉴，以期促进陕西省开放型经济体系高质量快速发展

Abstract: The optimization of the business environment is not only the cornerstone of competition among major economies worldwide but also a practical necessity for rapidly adapting to the development of global economic integration. Therefore, the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) explicitly proposes to continue deepening the reform of "streamlining administration, delegating power, and improving regulation and services" (abbreviated as "streamlining administration and delegating power") and further optimize the business environment to attract investment,
promote innovation, and accelerate local economic development. By reviewing the experiences of optimizing the business environment both domestically and internationally, this article aims to provide references for further optimizing the business environment in Shaanxi Province, thereby promoting the high-quality and rapid development of its open economy system.
