影响跨境电商企业低碳管理绩效的实证研究——基于负责任创新视角

An Empirical Study on Infl uencing the Performance of Low Carbon Management in Cross-border E-commerce Enterprises—— From the Perspective of Responsive Innovation

摘要: 当前,跨境电子商务技术与全球市场深度融合,数字经济已成为引领新一轮产业革命的主导力量,跨境电商企业如何借助低碳管理推动电商高质量发展,已成为制造业产业转型升级与行业创新变革的重要研究方向。本文以杭州跨境电商产业为例,在全面阐述负责任创新理论的基础上,开展调研实证研究,直面杭州跨境电商低碳创新发展的瓶颈现状,分析低碳管理绩效影响因素,并从预测性战略、响应性机制、包容性策略和自省性优化四维度提出若干对策建议,以供参考。

Abstract: The current cross-border e-commerce technology and the global market in-depth integration, the digital economy has become the leading force to lead the new round of industrial revolution, cross-border e-commerce enterprises how to promote the high-quality development of e-commerce with the help of low-carbon management has become an important research direction of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and the industry’s innovation and change. Taking Hangzhou’s cross-border e-commerce industry as an example, this paper carries out an empirical study on the basis of comprehensively expounding the theory of responsible innovation, analyzes the bottleneck of low-carbon innovative development of Hangzhou’s cross-border e-commerce and the infl uencing factors of low-carbon management performance, and puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions for reference from four dimensions: predictive strategy, responsive mechanism, inclusive strategy and introspection optimization.
