理论传承与实践发展：从“世界历史”到“人类命运共同体”

摘要: “世界历史”理论是马克思恩格斯基于唯物史观视域考察资本主义社会发展现状，揭示人类社会从民族历史向世界历史转变并对未来社会发展趋势进行科学预判而形成的理论。构建人类命运共同体理念是习近平总书记深刻把握人类社会历史经验和发展规律，为了维护世界和平、促进共同发展而创造性提出的重大战略思想，已成为我国治国理政方针，被写入我国的党章和宪法。马克思“世界历史”理论内蕴历史的整体发展与人类的自由解放，“世界历史”理论是“人类命运共同体”思想的理论来源，“人类命运共同体”思想是对“世界历史”理论的当代发展。世界历史的发展趋势是走向共产主义。当今世界，国际秩序逐渐由“霸权主义世界秩序”向“世界多极化的新秩序”转换，建构公正合理的国际新秩序，构建人类命运共同体已成为世界历史发展的必然选择。构建人类命运共同体既是一种价值追求，又是一种现实行动，是世界历史通向“自由人联合体”的必经之路和当代选择。新时代中国共产党人正在以切实的行动致力于推动新型经济全球化，坚持走和平发展道路，构建新型国际关系，践行真正的多边主义，弘扬全人类共同价值。

Abstract: The theory of "world history" was formed as Marx and Engels examined the developmental status of capitalist society to reveal the transformation of human society from the national history to the world history and scientifically predict the future trend of social development from the perspective of historical material‐ism. The concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind is a major strategic idea creative‐ly proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping, who deeply grasps the historical experience and development laws of human society in order to maintain world peace and promote common development. It has become a guiding principle for China’s governance and has been written into Constitution of the Communist Party ofChina and Constitution of the People’s Republic of China. Marx’s theory of "the world history" embodies the overall development of history and the liberation of mankind. The theory of "the world history" is the theoretical source of the idea of "a community with a shared future for mankind", and the latter is the contemporary development of the former. The development trend of the world history is towards communism. In today’s world, the international order is gradually shifting from "the hegemonic world order" to "a new multipolar world order". Building a community with a shared future for mankind has become an inevitable choice for the development of world history to construct a new international order that is just and reasonable. Building a community with a shared future for mankind is not only a pursuit of value, but also a practical action. It is a necessary path and contemporary choice to lead the world history to the "union of free people". In the new era, the Chinese communists are committed to promoting the new type of economic globalization with practical actions, adhering to the path of peaceful development, building a new type of international relations, practicing the real multilateralism, and promoting the common values of all mankind.
