Research on the Framework and Mechanism of Smart Library Information Recommendation Based on Knowledge Graph
摘要: [目的/意义] 构建基于知识图谱的智慧图书馆信息推荐总体框架并揭示其运行机制,以为从整体视角提高图书馆信息推荐服务质量提供学理支撑,辅助图书馆实现智慧管理、智慧服务、智慧业务。[方法/过程] 遵循融合知识图谱技术优势和实现业态多元化、服务智能化、资源一体化理念,阐述了基于知识图谱的智慧图书馆信息推荐框架与机制构建基础,设计了基于知识图谱的智慧图书馆信息推荐总体框架,并从整体运行流程、局部运行模式两方面揭示了其运行机制。[结果/结论] 总体框架静态描述构成要素及要素间关系,涉及应用服务、开放接口、业务逻辑、数据管理、技术支撑;运行机制动态描述推荐服务流程,宏观揭示用户、服务、资源三者协同关系,微观阐述用户兴趣建模、信息推荐服务、知识资源管理机制。
Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] To construct an overall framework for smart library information recommendation based on knowledge graph and reveal its operating mechanism, in order to provide theoretical support for improving the quality of library information recommendation services from a holistic perspective, and assist libraries in achieving smart management, smart services, and smart business. [Method/Process] Following the advantages of integrating knowledge graph technology and the concept of achieving diversified business formats, intelligent services, and integrated resources, this article expounds the construction foundation of information recommendation framework and mechanism of smart library based on knowledge graph, designs an overall framework for smart library information recommendation based on knowledge graph, and reveals its operating mechanism from two aspects: overall operation process and local operation mode. [Result/Conclusion] The overall framework statically describes the constituent elements and their relationships, involving application service, open interface, business logic, data management and technical support. The operational mechanism dynamically describes the recommendation service process, macroscopically reveals the synergistic relationship among users, services and resources, and microscopically elaborates on the user interest modeling mechanisms, information recommendation service mechanisms, and knowledge resource management mechanisms.
