美国基层公共文化服务的实践与启示

摘要: 摘 要：[目的/意义]文章通过对美国基层公共文化服务实践情况进行分析，探索其共性，以期为我国基层公共文化服务的实践提供借鉴。[方法/过程]笔者采用网络调研法和文献调查法，选取了美国4个大型公共文化服务实践项目，发现美国基层公共文化服务实践具有实践开展前评估项目前景、寻找合作资源，实践过程中筛选项目对象、根据实际落实实践内容，实践完成后进行全盘评估、完善项目缺漏的特点。[结果/结论]借鉴美国的有益经验，我国可以通过开展持续性项目、寻求合作伙伴、形成特色项目、进行首尾式评估等方式，为基层公众提供优质的公共文化服务。

Abstract: Abstract：[Purpose/Significance]This paper analyzes the practice of grassroots public cultural services in the United States, explores its commonalities, and provides reference for the practice of grassroots public cultural services in China. [Method/Process]The author selected four large-scale public cultural service practice projects in the United States by using the network research method and literature survey method, and found that the grassroots public cultural service practice in the United States has the characteristics of evaluating the project prospect before the practice is carried out, finding cooperation resources, selecting the project objects in the practice process, implementing the practice content according to the actual practice, conducting a comprehensive evaluation after the practice, and improving the project gaps. [Result/conclusion]Drawing on the beneficial experience of the United States, China can provide high-quality public cultural services to the grassroots public by carrying out sustainable projects, seeking partners, forming characteristic projects, and conducting end-to-end evaluations.
