江苏省劳动者参与零工经济意愿的驱动因素研究

摘要: 近年来，随着数字技术对人们生产和生活的渗透，基于数字平台的“零工经济”在国内外迅速兴起。零工经济的兴起为我国的就业压力起到了一定缓解作用。本次调查围绕零工就业者的基本信息以及收入、工作形式和幸福感，采用结构方程模型对江苏省劳动者参与零工经济意愿程度及影响因素进行分析，并提出相关建议。包括政府完善“守门人”角色，加强零工经济市场建设与监管加大零工平台企业支持；社会企业平台坚守“护航员”角色，为零工就业者提供优质的权益保障；零工就业者做好“主人公”角色，在参与零工经济时提升自我素质水平、职业道德水平与技能水平得到自我提升实现自我价值。

Abstract: In recent years, with the in-depth penetration of digital technology into people’s production and life, the “gig economy” based on digital platforms has emerged rapidly at home and abroad. The rise of the gig economy has alleviated the pressure of employment in China to a certain extent. This survey analyzes the willingness of workers in Jiangsu Province to participate in the gig economy and the factors influencing it using structural equation modelling (SEM) and puts forward recommendations based on the basic information of gig workers, as well as their incomes, forms of work, and sense of well-being. This includes the government should perfect its role as a “gatekeeper”, strengthening the construction and supervision of the gig economy market and increasing the support to gig enterprise platforms; social enterprise platforms should uphold the role of “escort”, providing high-quality rights and interests for gig workers; and gig workers should play the role of “masters”, improving their quality, professional ethics and skills when participating in the gig economy to realize self improvement and self-worth.
