区域创新共同体的构建与实现路径研究——以郑开区域协同创新为例

摘要: 在国家经济发展进入新常态新阶段背景下，创新协同发展正成为推动区域科技经济发展的新引擎，构建创新共同体是建立高质量区域创新体系的重要环节，可以实现区域创新水平的有效提升，指导城市群真正实现创新协同和联动发展，是应对新时代科技革命面临挑战的重要手段。文章基于创新共同体概念与模式的剖析，在调研分析国内外区域协同创新典型案例的基础上，提出区域创新共同体的整体建设框架，最后以郑开同城化区域协同创新为例，探讨区域创新共同体的构建模式与实现路径。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the new normal and new stage of national economic development, regional innovation and coordinated development are becoming a new engine for promoting regional scientifi c and technological economic development. Building a regional innovation community is an important link in establishing a high-quality regional innovation system, eff ectively improving the level of regional innovation and guiding urban agglomerations to truly achieve regional innovation and coordinated development, and also serves as an important means to address the challenges faced by technological revolution in the new era. Based on the analysis of the concept and mode of innovation community and the research and analysis of typical cases of regional collaborative innovation at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the overall construction framework of regional innovation community. Finally, taking Zhengzhou- Kaifeng integrated regional collaborative innovation as an example, it explores the construction mode and implementation path of regional innovation community.
