浙江省低碳物流与区域经济耦合协调研究

摘要: 低碳物流与区域经济的协调发展对于“双碳”目标的实现和经济的高质量发展具有重要推动力。本文通过构建低碳物流与区域经济综合评价指标体系，运用浙江省2010—2019年的相关数据对低碳物流与区域经济的耦合协调进行实证分析。研究表明：浙江省低碳物流与区域经济综合发展水平逐年上升，低碳物流发展相对滞后；两者的耦合协调度从最初的轻度失调逐渐趋向良好协调。针对结论，本文提出完善低碳物流政策，加强政府监督力度；发挥区域经济优势，加大低碳物流创新投入的相关政策建议，以供参考。

Abstract: The coordinated development of low-carbon logistics and regional economy is an important driving force for achieving “dual carbon” goals and facilitating high-caliber economic growth. The article empirically analyzes the coupling coordination between low-carbon logistics and the regional economy by forming a comprehensive evaluation index system, using pertinent data from Zhejiang Province spanning the years 2010 to 2019. The research reveals that the holistic development level of low-carbon logistics and the regional economy in Zhejiang Province demonstrates consistent annual growth, with low-carbon logistics boasting a relatively smaller growth rate. The degree of coupling coordination between them has progressively transitioned from an initial state of mild imbalance to a trend of robust coordination. Based on the conclusion, it is proposed to enhance low-carbon logistics policies, strengthen governmental oversight, and leverage regional economic advantages, and increase investment in low-carbon logistics innovation.
