数字化转型对企业双元创新的影响研究

摘要: 本文从企业层面研究数字化转型对企业双元创新的影响，并探究其中的影响机理。本文选取2014—2021年A股制造业上市企业为样本，实证检验数字化转型对企业探索式创新和利用式创新的影响。结果表明：企业实施数字化转型显著促进了企业自身的探索式创新和利用式创新，且对利用式创新的促进作用更加显著。研究发现：技术相似度所带来的技术溢出是数字化转型影响企业双元创新的路径之一，并且数字化转型的促进作用在国有企业中比非国有企业更为明显。本文为企业数字化转型提供了经验支持，也为培育企业高质量技术创新提供了新思路。

Abstract: This article studies the impact of digital transformation on enterprise ambidextrous innovation from the enterprise level, and explores the impact mechanism. This article selects A-shares manufacturing listed companies from 2014 to 2021 as samples to empirically test the impact of digital transformation on exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation. The results show that the implementation of digital transformation has signifi cantly promoted the enterprise’s own exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation, and the promotion of exploitative innovation is more signifi cant. The research fi nds that the technology spillover brought by technology similarity is one of the paths of digital transformation aff ecting enterprise ambidextrous innovation, and the promotion eff ect of digital transformation is more obvious in state-owned enterprises than in non-state-owned enterprises. This article provides empirical support for the digital transformation of enterprises and also provides new ideas for cultivating high-quality technological innovation in enterprises.
