中小企业数字化转型的影响因素研究——基于 314 家企业的抽样调查与实证分析

摘要: 技术变革的迅猛发展推动了企业数字化转型，受到各界高度重视，但目前鲜有文献关注中小企业数字化转型方面。为了解中小企业数字化转型的影响因素，本文基于技术—组织—环境模型(TOE)和企业信息技术采纳理论构建了“中小企业数字化转型影响因素概念模型”。本文基于浙江省内314家中小企业数字化调研问卷，借助SPSS22和AMOS26.0实证分析数字化技术、数字化组织、数字化环境这三个维度分别对中小企业数字化转型的影响，同时对模型进行验证。基于实证分析结果，本文对314家企业在数字化采纳、数字化应用、数字化整合的现状方面展开了讨论，并从政府、产业、市场、企业四个层面提出了推进企业数字化转型的有效对策，以供参考。

Abstract: The rapid development of technological change has promoted the digital transformation of enterprises, which has been highly valued by all walks of life. However, there is little literature on the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises. To understand the infl uencing factors of the digital transformation of small and mediumsized enterprises, this article constructs a conceptual model of infl uencing factors of the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises based on the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) and enterprise information technology adoption theory. Based on the digital questionnaire of 314 SMEs in Zhejiang Province, this article empirically analyzes the impact of digital technology, organization, and environment on the digital transformation of SMEs with the help of SPSS22 and AMOS26.0, and verifi es the model. Based on the results of empirical analysis, this article discusses the current situation of 314 enterprises in digital adoption, application, and integration, and puts forward effective countermeasures to promote the digital transformation of enterprises from the four levels of government, industry, market, and enterprise for reference.
