Research on Improvement Strategies for Chongqing’s Night-time Cultural and Tourism Consumption Clusters Based on Network Comment Analysis
摘要: 重庆中心城区拥有洪崖洞、磁器口等11处国家级夜间文旅消费集聚区,“夜间旅游”撑起了重庆都市旅游的半壁江山。本文采用网络文本分析的方法,通过归纳游客差评、还原消费情景,发现重庆夜间文旅消费集聚区存在产品同质化、产品低质化和消费快餐化的现象,其未来发展亟须解决名实不副和表里不一的问题。
Abstract: The central urban area of Chongqing boasts 11 nationally recognized night-time cultural and tourism consumption clusters, including attractions like Hongyadong and Ciqikou. “Night-time tourism” has become a crucial component of Chongqing’s urban tourism. This paper utilizes network text analysis to extract insights from negative reviews, reconstruct consumer scenarios, and identify issues in Chongqing’s night-time cultural and tourism consumption clusters. The findings reveal problems such as product homogenization, low-quality products, and fast-food-style consumption, indicating a need for addressing the disparity between expectations and reality to ensure sustainable future development.
