Measuring the Level of Digital Economy Development and Characterizing Spatial and Temporal Characteristics in China’s Yangtze River Delta Region
摘要: 文章基于2014—2021年长三角地区41个城市的面板数据,从数字基础设施、数字产业化和产业数字化三个维度构建数字经济发展水平测度指标体系,测度其发展水平综合指数,进一步采用莫兰指数、泰尔指数分析其空间特征。研究表明,长三角地区数字经济发展水平有一定的区域聚集性,区域整体发展水平持续提升,城市间差距缩小,存在较明显的区域聚集性,产业数字化发展水平聚集性较高,整体区域聚集性呈下降趋势。
Abstract: Based on the panel data of 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2014 to 2021, this paper constructs an indicator system for measuring the development level of digital economy from three dimensions: digital infrastructure, digital industrialization and industrial digitalization. It measures the comprehensive index of its development level, and further uses the Moran Index and Theil index to analyze its spatial characteristics. The research indicates that the development level of digital economy in the Yangtze River Delta region has a certain regional agglomeration, with continuous growth in the overall regional development level, narrowing of the gap between cities Narrows, pronounced regional clustering, a notably high level of industrial digital development, and a downward trend in overall regional agglomeration.
