《数字劳工分化与流量价值分层——基于视频平台的流量劳动研究》

摘要: 以平台经济下的数字劳动为线索脉络，本文对视频平台中的数字劳工分化与流量价值分层进行初探。基于分层理论的研究发现在数字劳动下的流量商品经历了从生产到消费到再生产的循环过程，形成内外镶嵌的流量再生产双圈循环格局。数字劳动生产的流量商品价值因差异而分化，由此形成从“玩工”无酬“预备流量”向“灵工”有酬“垂类流量”再到平台资本“总集流量”的梯级价值传输链。平台资本为实现不断循环往复的资本积累打造出一套基于流量价值分层的流量分配策略，通过“协同过滤”推送机制、梯级权重指标体系建设以及人工系统修正等算法实践构建宏观的算法系统与微观的人工调控相结合的分配模式，实现平台资本在工具理性下对资本积累的极致追求。

Abstract: Taking digital labor in the platform economy as the clue, this paper conducts a preliminary exploration of the differentiation of digital labor and the stratification of traffic value on video platforms. Based on stratified theory, the research finds that network traffic commodities under digital labor undergo a circular process from production to consumption to reproduction, forming a double-loop structure of network traffic reproduction that is internally and externally interwoven. The value of network traffic commodities produced by digital labor differentiates due to these discrepancies, thereby forming a hierarchical value transmission chain from unpaid "gamer-labor" generating "preliminary traffic" to paid "creative labor" generating "vertical traffic," and ultimately to "aggregate traffic" controlled by platform capital. Platform capital has developed a network traffic allocation strategy based on the stratification of network traffic value to achieve continuous capital accumulation. By employing algorithmic practices such as collaborative filtering, the construction of hierarchical weighting index systems, and manual system corrections, platform capital establishes a diverse allocation mode that combines macro-level algorithmic systems with micro-level manual regulation, realizing the ultimate pursuit of capital accumulation under instrumental rationality.
