教育管理学的问题根源与纾解方略

摘要: 随着构建中国自主知识体系的提出，教育管理学的中国自主知识体系构建也迫在眉睫。既有教育管理学的问题研究尚未真正触及其实质和根源。教育管理学的问题根源在于偏离马克思主义中国化时代化最新思想指导导致的源流不分、漠视中外文化历史现实导致的理实剥离以及“绕开问题走”的学风浮躁、异化导致原创贡献阙如。纾解教育管理学的问题需坚持马克思主义中国化时代化最新思想的指导、坚定文化自信并汲取学科史的有益经验以回归理实结合的正轨以及立足本来、借鉴外来、面向未来地改造既有知识体系、学科体系和话语体系以贡献原创概念、理论及实践案例等。

Abstract: With the proposal of building China’s independent knowledge system, Independent knowledge system of Educational Management becomes urgent. Research about Problem of Management didn’t  truly touch its essence and origin. The root problem of Educational problems are souce and flow aren’t separated because of deviation from the latest ideological guidance for the sinicization and modernization of Marxism, Separation of theory and practice caused by disregarding the cultural and historical realities of China and foreign countries, Lack of original contribution resulted in impatience and alienation in academic atmosphere which walks around the problem. To solve the problem of Educational Management needs to insist on the latest ideological guidance for the sinicization and modernization of Marxism, strengthen culture confidence and absorb the beneficial experience of disciplinary history, remake  knowledge system, subject system and Huayu system through  based on the original, drawing  inspiration from external sources and facing the future in order to contribute original concepts, theories and practical cases.
