数字积分制下五育并举结构的融合发展——以浙江嘉善Y校积分银行实践为例

The Integration and Development of the Five-education Structure under the Digital Integral System — — Taking the Practice of the Integral Bank of Y School in Jiashan, Zhejiang as an Example

摘要: 为探究基础教育的数字科技应用如何推动五育并举向五育融合型结构发展,案例分析了九年一贯制Y校的积分银行实践后发现:数字积分制本是基层创新社区治理的方式,但经过借鉴至校区,能够与德智体美劳五育评价结合形成校区五育数字积分制。具体结构分析了Y校五育并举的三级积分指标体系,并指出积分系统可从加权汇总的动态算法、统分结合的双层设计、结对互助的整合功能,朝五育融合方向优化演进。由于校区数字积分制相比社区,积分测量指标更明晰、积分操作实施更容易、积分激励作用更明显,数字积分制更适合校园育人环境。这有助于基础教育推进教育科技人才体制机制一体改革,夯实教育强国建设之基。

Abstract: In order to explore how the application of digital technology in basic education promotes the development from simultaneous development of five educations to integrated structure of five educations, this paper analyzes the practice of integral bank in nine-year consistent school Y and finds that the digital integral system is originally a way of innovative community governance at the grass-roots level, but after learning from the school district, it can be combined with the evaluation of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor education to form the digital integral system of five educations in the school district. This paper analyzes the three-level integration index system of Y school, and points out that the integration system can evolve from the dynamic algorithm of weighted aggregation, the two-level design of the combination of unification and decentralization, and the integration function of pairing and mutual assistance to the integration of five educations. Compared with the community, the campus digital integral system is more suitable for the campus educational environment because of its clearer integral measurement index, easier integral operation and more obvious integral incentive effect. This will help basic education to promote the reform of the system and mechanism of educational science and technology talents, and consolidate the foundation of building a strong educational country.
