“家”的释义分歧与疏解理路——以一场社区冲突的隐匿逻辑为例

摘要: 本文以描述和解析一场社区冲突的过程为例，意欲从“家”的多重内涵来解读冲突双方由释义分歧、到观念分异、再到行动交集的隐匿逻辑。站在管理者的角度，“家”被拟作一种概念化、抽象化、样板化的“宏大叙事”，它意在调动人们对“大家庭”的想象，将互不相识的居民努力汇聚成团结有序、和睦温馨的邻里共同体；而对居住者来说，“家”乃他们身处其中的“个人空间”，里面充斥着对日常琐事和现实困境的倾诉，只有把握它的实体性、具象性和多样性，才能表达“家”作为栖身之所和安全保障的意涵。两方阵营对“家”的不同诠释是除却权益之争的直观现象外，引发纷争的另一条潜藏逻辑。发掘这一逻辑，既是在尝试从复杂语义的视角重新审视冲突的源起，又意图在“释义—思维—行动”的脉络上寻找一条疏解冲突的实践理路。

Abstract: This article takes the process of describing and analyzing a community conflict as an example, aiming to interpret the hidden logic behind the conflicting parties, derived from the multiple connotations of "Jia". This logic encompasses differences in interpretation, divergences in concepts, and eventual intersections in actions. From the perspective of a manager, "Jia" is conceptualized as a grand narrative that is abstract, idealized, and serves as a model. It stimulates people's imagination of a large family, striving to unite strangers into a cohesive, orderly, harmonious, and welcoming neighborhood community. For residents, "Jia" represents their personal space, where they pour out their daily trifles and practical dilemmas. Only by grasping its materiality, concreteness, and diversity can the meaning of "Jia" as a shelter and a sense of security be conveyed. The differing interpretations of "Jia" by the two camps, beyond the evident power struggles, reveal another underlying logic that fuels disputes. Exploring this logic not only re-examines the origins of conflicts from a complex semantic perspective but also seeks a practical approach to resolving conflicts within the framework of "interpretation-thinking-action".
