新质生产力视角下企业数字化转型的策略研究——以体育企业为例

摘要: 本文运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，探究新质生产力视角下体育企业数字化转型的理论内涵、价值审视、现实困境及优化策略。研究认为，数字新质生产力从驱动体育企业生产流程、营销模式、资产管理变革三个方面推动体育企业数字化转型。在新质生产力视角下，体育企业数字化转型中存在的主要问题：数字化人才匮乏，人才培养渠道有限；数字化政策缺乏，数字化变革提速慢；数字化转型不足，核心技术水平低；数字化转型成本高，资金供给不足；数据开发应用不足，市场监管薄弱。据此，本文提出以下策略建议：内部培养＋外部引入，培养体育企业数字人才；有效政策＋有为政府，优化体育企业发展环境；业务智能＋双向适配，强化体育企业转型能力；释放空间＋拓宽渠道，提升体育企业资金供给；挖掘数据＋加强监管，提高体育企业配置效率。

Abstract: This paper uses literature review, logical analysis, and other methods to explore the theoretical connotations, value assessment, practical challenges, and optimization strategies of the digital transformation of sports enterprises from the perspective of new quality productivity. The study argues that digital new quality productivity drives the digital transformation of sports enterprises in three key areas: production processes, marketing models, and asset management reforms. From the perspective of new quality productivity, the main issues in the digital transformation of sports enterprises are: digital talent shortage, limited talent training channels; lack of digital policies, slow pace of digital transformation; insufficient digital transformation, low core technology levels; high digital transformation costs, insufficient funding supply; insufficient data development and application, weak market supervision. Based on these findings, the paper proposes the following strategic recommendations: internal training + external recruitment, cultivate digital talent for sports enterprises; effective policies + proactive government, optimize the development environment for sports enterprises; business intelligence + bidirectional adaptation, strengthen the transformation capability of sports enterprises; release space + broaden channels, enhance funding supply for sports enterprises; data mining + strengthen supervision, improve resource allocation efficiency for sports enterprises.
