空间的演替与乡村工业转型——基于温州由村“回村办厂潮”的考察

摘要: 本研究以温州由村“回村办厂潮”为切入点，采用“空间理论”探讨从“以家为坊”到“半家半厂”的乡村工业生产空间的演替过程，特别关注2009年后出现的“半家半厂”新过渡结构及其对乡村社会的深远影响。与“以家为坊”传统家庭手工业作坊相比，“半家半厂”不仅在空间上深度重组，还在生产方式、劳动力组织和社会关系上引发了由村社会根本性变革。本文通过探究由村四十余年间的乡村工业变迁，结合由村“青年联合会”农村组织创新、旧乡绅与新商人的权力结构更迭、村干部挪用“香火钱”等乡村转型中的冲突，探讨新时期温州经济转型中乡村工业的一种可能转型模式，进而深入剖析乡村社会变迁的复杂动态。

Abstract: This study focuses on the“Set Up Factories in Village”initiative in Youcun, Wenzhou, utilizing “spatial theory” to explore the transformation of rural industrial production spaces from “home-based workshops” to “half-home, half-factory” setups. It pays particular attention to the emergence of the “half-home, half-factory” transitional structure after 2009 and its profound impact on rural society. Compared to traditional home-based handicraft workshops, the “half-home, half-factory” model not only involves a deep spatial reorganization but also brings about fundamental changes in production methods, labor organization, and social relations in the community. By examining over forty years of rural industrial evolution in Youcun, alongside rural organizational innovations by the “Youth Association,” the power shifts between old gentry and new entrepreneurs, and conflicts such as village cadres misappropriating “temple funds,” this study explores a possible rural industrial transformation model in the context of the “Wenzhou Model” transition in the new era and delves into the complex dynamics of rural social change.
