图书馆社交平台叙事主题特征及表达体系研究

摘要: 叙事是指用语言或其他媒介再现空间和时间中发生的事件，图书馆叙事立足于图书馆这一文化机构，探讨图书馆功能、职能下的完整表达体系。在社会化问答代表平台知乎网站中探索图书馆叙事的表达，有利于真实再现社会公众对图书馆的认知，准确把握图书馆未来发展方向。本文从知乎网站图书馆话题问答入手，统计问答主题，挖掘各类主题的叙事特征，建立图书馆话题叙事表达体系。分析发现，多数公众关注的问题与图书馆的公共属性和社会属性有关，图书馆今后在发展过程中要注重资源、环境和服务给读者带来的影响，扩大社会影响力，提高公众对图书馆的良性印象。

Abstract: Narrative refers to the use of language or other media to reproduce events in space and time. Library narrative exploring the complete expression system under the functions based on library. Exploring the expression of library narrative on the social Q&A representative platform Zhihu website is beneficial for accurately reproducing the public’s perception of libraries in society, and accurately grasping the future development direction of the library. This paper starts with essential questions about library topic and discusses every kinds of answers in different topics, explore the narrative characteristics and systems of various themes. It was found by analysis that most public concern is related to the public attribute and social attribute of the library. Accordingly, we should pay attention to the impacts of resources, surroundings and services on readers in library’s future development, in order to expand social influence and image of library.
