肖鸣锵重庆新闻史志的历史事实、历史记忆与历史心性研究

摘要: 重庆地方新闻史和新闻志在中国新闻事业史上具有特殊地位，编修重庆新闻史志既是对重庆新闻事业规律的总结，也是重要的为党立言、为国存史、为民修志实践。肖鸣锵重庆新闻史志团队在重庆日报社党委领导下，基于历史事实和历史记忆的“心中宝藏”，融合修史者、新闻人、革命家三重身份，从过去、现在和未来三重维度寻求真实、真相和真理，秉承“三重求真”方法论对复杂的历史资料进行处理，呈现出与学者治史不一样的史学意涵，尤其体现出革命浪漫主义、家国情怀和历史使命感书写等历史心性特点，在“雅声抒正气”中践行“党媒姓党”理念，是“姓党党史”在新闻史志领域中的一种有益尝试，起到“修志问道，以启未来”的作用。

Abstract: The history and chronicles of local news in Chongqing play significant roles in the history of Chinese journalism. Compiling a chronicle for Chongqing's news history, is not only to summarize the development of Chongqing’s news industry, but also to declare for party,to imprint the nation history,to stand for people.Led by the Party Committee of Chongqing Daily,the Xiao Mingqiang's Chongqing News and History team, and based on historical facts and memories, on behalf of the three identities of historians, journalists, and revolutionaries to seek truth, facts, and righteousness from the three dimensions of the past, present, and future. They adhere to the methodology of "triple truth-seeking" to process complex historical data, presenting a historical meaning different from that of scholars in the field of history, especially reflecting historical characteristics such as revolutionary romanticism, patriotic sentiments, and a sense of historical mission.In the "elegant voice expressing righteousness", they practice the concept of "party media surnamed party", which is a beneficial attempt of "surnamed party history" in the field of news and history. The effort serves the purpose of 'cultivating aspirations and asking questions to inspire the future'.
