基于区块链的短视频版权保护与交易研究

摘要: 短视频产业迅速崛起，相关版权问题随之产生，包括侵权现象严重、侵权行为隐蔽、确权维权成本高等版权保护问题，以及短视频内容变现渠道窄、短视频行业定价模糊、版权交易不平等等版权交易问题。而区块链技术以其不可篡改性、透明开放性、去中心化等特点和共识机制、代币机制等技术机制，在解决短视频版权保护与交易难题方面具有应用可供性。基于区块链技术在短视频版权保护领域的应用可供性，本文构建了一个以“确权—用权—维权”思想为主线的弱中心结构的系统，该系统通过对侵权短视频的强化管理，有效遏制短视频侵权行为，并通过智能合约实现短视频版权的去中心化交易，不仅有利于保护短视频创作者的权益，还有利于激励高质量短视频的创作。

Abstract: With the rapid growth of short video industry, copyright issues relative have arisen, such as serious infringement, high cost of copyright protection and confirmation, along with narrow channels for the realization of short video content, ambiguous pricing, and unfair right transactions. The blockchain technology, with its characteristics of tamper-proof, transparency, openness, decentralization and other technical mechanisms such as consensus mechanism and token mechanism, has application availability in solving the problem of short video copyright protection and transaction. Basing on the availability of blockchain technology in the field of short video copyright protection, this research develops a system with a low-centralized structure focusing on the concept of "confirming rights-exercising rights-protecting rights" and this system effectively curbs short video infringement by strengthening the control of illegal short videos, and realizes the decentralized transaction of short video copyright through smart contracts, which is not only conducive to protecting the rights and interests of short video creators, but also conducive to encouraging the creation of high-quality short video.
