农村互助养老供需耦合关系问题及对策研究

摘要: 互助养老作为一种新型的养老方式，被视为破解农村养老难题的可行道路，然而目前在实践中还面临着诸多问题，因此亟须对该模式进行规范与优化。从供需耦合关系视角出发，运用半结构访谈和问卷调查的方法，以马斯洛需求层次为基层，分别就农村老年人互助养老的供给、老年人的需求、供需之间的耦合现状及问题等方面展开了深入研究，最终提出稳定农村互助幸福的资金支持、完善农村互助幸福院的运行机制、丰富农村互助养老的活动内容、加强农村互助养老服务的专业化建设、营造敬老、爱老、助老的社会环境、转变农村老年人养老观念等六方面的建议，以完善农村互助养老模式，推动农村养老服务质量的提升，积极应对农村人口老龄化的挑战。

Abstract: Mutual-aid elderly care, as a new type of elderly care method, is regarded as a feasible way to solve the difficulties in rural elderly care. However, it still faces numerous problems in practice at present. Therefore, it is urgent to standardize and optimize this model.From the perspective of the coupling relationship between supply and demand, by using the methods of semi-structured interviews and questionnaire surveys and taking Maslow’s hierarchy of needs as the foundation, in-depth research has been carried out respectively on aspects such as the supply of rural elderly mutual-aid elderly care, the needs of the elderly, the current situation and problems of the coupling between supply and demand. Finally, six suggestions are put forward, including stabilizing the financial support for rural mutual-aid happiness homes, improving the operating mechanism of rural mutual-aid happiness homes, enriching the activity contents of rural mutual-aid elderly care, strengthening the professional construction of rural mutual-aid elderly care services, creating a social environment that respects, loves and helps the elderly, and changing the elderly care concepts of rural elderly people, so as to improve the rural mutual-aid elderly care model, promote the improvement of the quality of rural elderly care services, and actively respond to the challenges of rural population aging.
