基于非标准化生产方式的荣昌夏布的创新发展研究

摘要: 荣昌夏布在清代作为商品曾经销往各省并出口海外,随着中国工业化进程,传统的夏布手工制造技艺受到了工业化批量大生产的冲击,曾经辉煌的夏布产业也日渐萎缩,进入了“冷静期”。近年来,随着中国政治、经济、文化进入了高速发展的时期,人们意识到文化软实力的重要性以及工业化大生产带来的产品同质化的弊端,中国传统手工艺重新回归大众视野,对于中国传统文化的保护与发展是民之所向,并顺理成章地成为我国重要的战略目标。本文分析了荣昌夏布的发展困境,阐述了非标准化的生产方式的多元化特点,归纳了荣昌夏布产业创新发展的关键点,基于工业4.0的非标准化生产方式将会为荣昌夏布提供更广阔的发展空间。

Abstract: Rongchang grass cloth was once sold to all provinces and exported overseas as a commodity in the Qing Dynasty.With the process of industrialization in China,the traditional manual manufacturing technique of grass cloth was impacted by large scale industrial production,and the once brilliant grass cloth industry also gradually shrank and entered a“cooling-off period”.In recent years,as China’s politics,economy,culture entered the era of rapid development,people have realizd the importance of cultural soft power,as well as the disadvantages of industrialized production of product Homogeneity.Chinese traditional arts and crafts have returned to public view,and ts protection and development is people’s desire and logic,thus becoming China’s important strategic target.This paper analyzes the development dilemma of Rongchang grass cloth,expounds the diversified characteristics of non-standardized production mode,and summarizes the key points of innovation and development of Rongchang grass cloth industry.The non-standardized production mode based on Industry 4.0 will provide a broader development space for Rongchang grass cloth.
