我国舆论安全的场域结构、风险来源与危害图景分析

摘要: 舆论安全是国家安全的高边疆，是关乎国家生存发展的战略问题。其中，国家舆论、社会舆论和国际舆论共同构成了一个国家的内外舆论场域，而社会舆论失范、国际舆论失利以及国家舆论失效，则是一个国家舆论安全风险的主要来源。只有基于具体的场域结构，才能深刻把握我国面临的舆论环境，进而作出精准的舆论风险安全预警。舆论安全风险一旦产生，将在意识形态、社会秩序、国际形象、自我认知等方面对我国总体国家安全产生冲击和危害，必须从政治和战略高度予以防范应对。考察舆论安全的场域结构和风险来源，分析其可能造成的危害，可望进一步完善中国特色的舆论安全理论体系，并为我国应对来自舆论信息层面的风险挑战提供参考和鉴戒。

Abstract: The security of public opinion is the high frontier of national security and a strategic issue related to the survival and development of a country. Among them, national public opinion, social public opinion and international public opinion jointly constitute the internal and external public opinion field of a country, while the disorder of social public opinion, the failure of international public opinion and the failure of national public opinion are the main sources of the security risk of national public opinion. Only based on the specific field structure, can we deeply grasp the public opinion environment facing our country, and then make accurate public opinion risk safety early warning. Once the public opinion security risk occurs, it will impact and harm China's overall national security in ideology, social order, international image, self-cognition and other aspects, which must be prevented and dealt with from a political and strategic height. By investigating the field structure and risk sources of public opinion safety, and analyzing the possible harm caused by it, it is expected to further improve the theoretical system of public opinion safety with Chinese characteristics, and provide reference and example for China to deal with the risks and challenges from the level of public opinion information.
